Cancellation Policy
Gorgeous Glow Facial Spa Cancellation Policy
Appointment Commitment
Your appointments are reserved specifically for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
Cancellation & Rescheduling Window: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us sufficient time to offer the appointment slot to another client.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Late Arrivals: We understand that life happens. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session to ensure we do not delay the clients scheduled after you. If the appointment must be shortened or canceled due to late arrival, the full session fee will still apply.
Emergency Exception: We understand that genuine emergencies or sudden illnesses occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if an emergency arises. We reserve the right to offer a one-time courtesy waiver at our discretion.
